These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the mobile application Urbis, a skyscraper puzzle game developed by Martin Rousseau ("the publisher", "we").
By downloading or using Urbis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Urbis is available for free on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). No registration or account creation is required to play.
Access to the game requires a compatible device and may require an Internet connection for certain features (online leaderboard, synchronization).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time without prior notice.
All elements of Urbis (source code, graphics, sounds, animations, text, name, logo) are the exclusive property of Martin Rousseau and are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of these elements is strictly prohibited.
Urbis may display advertisements provided by third-party services (Google AdMob). These ads help fund the development and maintenance of the game.
Data collected by advertising networks is described in our Privacy Policy.
Urbis may offer in-app purchases, for example to remove ads or access additional content. These purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to the respective platform's terms.
Purchases are final. For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly.
By using Urbis, you agree to:
In case of violation, we reserve the right to remove your nickname from the leaderboard.
The collection and processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
Urbis is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the game will be free of errors, interruptions, or defects.

We may update these Terms at any time. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of Urbis after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the publisher's place of residence.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge in case of dispute.

Les présentes Conditions Générales d'Utilisation (ci-après « CGU ») définissent les règles d'utilisation de l'application mobile Urbis, un jeu de puzzle de type gratte-ciels développé par Martin Rousseau (« l'éditeur », « nous »).
En téléchargeant ou en utilisant Urbis, vous acceptez les présentes CGU. Si vous ne les acceptez pas, veuillez ne pas utiliser l'application.
Urbis est disponible gratuitement sur l'App Store (iOS) et le Google Play Store (Android). Aucune inscription ni création de compte n'est requise pour jouer.
L'accès au jeu nécessite un appareil compatible et peut nécessiter une connexion Internet pour certaines fonctionnalités (classement en ligne, synchronisation).
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, suspendre ou interrompre tout ou partie du service, à tout moment et sans préavis.
L'ensemble des éléments composant Urbis (code source, graphismes, sons, animations, textes, nom, logo) sont la propriété exclusive de Martin Rousseau et sont protégés par le droit d'auteur et le droit de la propriété intellectuelle.
Toute reproduction, distribution, modification ou utilisation non autorisée de ces éléments est strictement interdite.
Urbis peut afficher des publicités fournies par des services tiers (Google AdMob). Ces publicités permettent de financer le développement et la maintenance du jeu.
Les données collectées par les régies publicitaires sont décrites dans notre Politique de confidentialité.
Urbis pourra proposer des achats intégrés (in-app purchases) permettant par exemple de supprimer les publicités ou d'accéder à du contenu supplémentaire. Ces achats sont traités par Apple (App Store) ou Google (Play Store) selon les conditions de la plateforme concernée.
Les achats effectués sont définitifs. Pour toute demande de remboursement, veuillez contacter directement Apple ou Google.

Urbis est fourni « en l'état ». Nous ne garantissons pas que le jeu sera exempt d'erreurs, d'interruptions ou de défauts.
L'éditeur ne saurait être tenu responsable :
Nous pouvons modifier les présentes CGU à tout moment. La date de dernière mise à jour est indiquée en haut de cette page. La poursuite de l'utilisation d'Urbis après modification vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions.
Les présentes CGU sont régies par le droit français. En cas de litige, et après tentative de résolution amiable, les tribunaux compétents seront ceux du lieu de domicile de l'éditeur.
Conformément à l'article L.612-1 du Code de la consommation, vous pouvez recourir gratuitement à un médiateur de la consommation en cas de litige.

Urbis ist kostenlos im App Store (iOS) und Google Play Store (Android) erhältlich. Zum Spielen ist keine Registrierung oder Kontoerstellung erforderlich.
Der Zugang zum Spiel erfordert ein kompatibles Gerät und kann für bestimmte Funktionen (Online-Rangliste, Synchronisierung) eine Internetverbindung erfordern.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, den Dienst ganz oder teilweise jederzeit ohne vorherige Ankündigung zu ändern, auszusetzen oder einzustellen.
Alle Elemente von Urbis (Quellcode, Grafiken, Töne, Animationen, Texte, Name, Logo) sind das ausschließliche Eigentum von Martin Rousseau und durch das Urheberrecht und das Recht des geistigen Eigentums geschützt.
Jede unbefugte Vervielfältigung, Verbreitung, Änderung oder Nutzung dieser Elemente ist strengstens untersagt.

Urbis kann In-App-Käufe anbieten, zum Beispiel um Werbung zu entfernen oder auf zusätzliche Inhalte zuzugreifen. Diese Käufe werden von Apple (App Store) oder Google (Play Store) gemäß den jeweiligen Plattformbedingungen abgewickelt.
Käufe sind endgültig. Für Rückerstattungsanfragen wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an Apple oder Google.
Durch die Nutzung von Urbis verpflichten Sie sich:

Die Erhebung und Verarbeitung Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten wird in unserer Datenschutzerklärung beschrieben, die integraler Bestandteil dieser Bedingungen ist.
Urbis wird „wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren nicht, dass das Spiel frei von Fehlern, Unterbrechungen oder Mängeln sein wird.

Wir können diese Bedingungen jederzeit aktualisieren. Das Datum der letzten Aktualisierung ist oben auf dieser Seite angegeben. Die weitere Nutzung von Urbis nach Änderungen stellt die Annahme der neuen Bedingungen dar.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem französischen Recht. Im Streitfall und nach einem Versuch einer gütlichen Einigung sind die zuständigen Gerichte die des Wohnsitzes des Herausgebers.
